Brad E. Porter is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is routinely involved in every phase of a wide variety of real estate and business transactions. He has represented and advised individual, corporate and institutional owners and developers of commercial real estate at the local, national and international levels. Also, with clients ranging from start-ups to well-established multi-national companies, Brad has experience with a wide range of industries and adds value to his clients by understanding their businesses in order to guide them through even the most difficult legal and business decisions. Clients also rely on him to aggressively pursue and protect their interests via litigation when necessary. As part of his value-added approach to legal representation, Brad handles certain business and real estate litigation matters on a contingency fee basis and certain transactional matters on a non-hourly basis. Brad has been selected by his peers for inclusion in the Texas Super Lawyers Rising Stars in both 2012 and 2013, a designation reserved for the state’s top lawyers under the age of 40.
Once a proficient cyclist and significantly less proficient triathlete, Brad now spends his free time chasing around his kids and nephews, collecting and enjoying (in moderation, of course) fine whiskeys and cigars, and spending time at his house on Lake McQueeney. Brad now leaves the sports to the truly gifted and enjoys sporting events of all types, especially University of Texas football.
